Cursillo Dates

Cursillo Weekends

Cursillo ( a Spanish term which means "short course in Christianity") is a 3-day weekend, from Thursday evening until Sunday afternoon. During this time there are 15 talks given by lay people and 5 meditations given by clergy, and Eucharist every day. Ample time is given for discussion and reflection.

Three Saturdays later Council and Servant Community sponsor a reunion/ refresher. Attendance is expected by both new "Cursillistas" and their sponsors.

Midlands Convocation
Third Monday evening each month -7:00 pm

St. John's Congaree
First Sunday of the month at 6:00 p.m. It is covered dish.

Spartanburg/Gaffney Ultreya
6:30 pm - all are covered dish suppers

Christ Church
Third Thursday of the month. 6 - 8pm, Potluck, singing, fellowship, group reuniuon and lay witness.
If the Cursillo weekend falls on the third Thursday, then it is the fourth Thursday.
Everyone in the Greenville area is invited to come. We meet in the parish hall in Mckissick Refectory.

St. Bartholomew’s North Augusta
Held after the 11:30 contemporary service, covered dish.
