St. Mary's Episcopal Church

What is your Ministry?

CONTENTS  OF  THIS  PAGE:  Ministries and contacts, Email information

Saint Mary's is a church of volunteer ministries.
Parishioners help with every aspect of church life,
and everyone benefits from participating in the activity
that best expresses their sense of ministry.

'God, You have created each of us to do some definite service for you.
You have committed some work to each of us that you have not committed to another.
We each have a mission.  Help us to identify that mission,
be the links in a chain, a bond of connection between persons.
With your help we shall do good.  With your help, we shall do your work.
With your help, we shall be angels of peace, preachers of truth, each in our own place.
Jesus, This is all about you.  In your name we pray.  Amen'

To use the group email remember to add @stmarysepiscopalchurch.org after each group name. "Episcopal" must be spelled correctly.  To help eliminate unwanted spam mail, use the code phrase that will allow passage for parish-wide messages. Use this method: After completing the Subject Line, TAB into the body of the message space. In the first space of the message, enter the code phrase in PLAIN TEXT setting, then ENTER, ENTER. then begin your message. If you did not enter the group name correctly or as the first listing in the "TO" line, or forgot the code you will only know when the group does not get the message- nothing will come back to you. It is limited to 75 KB message size. This only applies to GROUP EMAIL LISTS. Personal email has no restrictions.

Basic maillists are limited to a maximum message size of 75kb for the delivered message. Note that anyone can send a message to these lists, if they are not Password protected. If they are password protected, anyone mailing to them must include the password in "plain text" as the first line of the message. Your mail program/client may require you to send messages in Plain Text format for this to work. Basic mail lists are limited to 1,000 email addresses per list.
