Daughters of the King

Daughters of the King is a chapter of a national organization of women dedicated to systematic and regular prayer for others. Through personal contacts, general concerns, and prayer requests directly to them or to the parish prayer list, they pray collectively and individually for the sick, the lonely, the wounded, and the needy in the parish, the community, and the world.

This is a powerful witness to the belief of St. Mary’s and the Episcopal Church in the active intervention of God through Christ in our lives. Membership is open to all women after a brief period of instruction.

There is also a chapter of the Junior Daughters of the King at St. Mary’s, allowing families to engage in this spiritual journey together.
