| For Visitors To Saint Mary's
St. Mary’s has always been a conspicuous part of the Irmo, Columbia, and Diocesan communities—and even beyond. Members and staff have served on boards and committees throughout the area, and our contributions have facilitated many area ministries.
The Episcopal Church has traditionally had influence beyond its immediate membership, whether because of its openness to diverse ideas and populations—such as our Hispanic ministry—or simply because it is blessed with resources and is determined to share them. There is hardly a charity or resource for those in need in this community to which St. Mary’s has not made significant contributions of time, talent, and treasure over the years, and we are always looking for new ways to serve.
